It is a common problem each of us have probably experienced at least once: you are working on something and suddenly, the computer stops responding. You appear to be stuck on the page you were currently opening, the keyboard is unresponsive, the mouse is not moving at all. The only option left is to shut down the computer manually with the risk of losing unsaved data and which is unsafe for your computer too. You call the system manufacturer and shout that "my computer has been freezing!".
