Although you may be seeing pop ups that read something similar to "Warning!" or "DANGER!" DON'T fall for the trap. Yes your system has been compromised with a virus, but Malware Doctor is the culprit. Installing the software will only put you and your system in further danger.
Remove Malware Doctor
