Windows Vista has had a hard time gaining popularity since its release. I bought a brand new lap top about six months ago with the windows program. After only a couple months I noticed the degradation of my system. It wasn't running nearly as efficiently as it was when I first purchased it. I didn't expect this to happen, this early in my relationship with my computer. The worst thing was the slow vista boot. The slow vista startup took what seemed like forever to get started. I would turn on my computer, then proceed to brush my teeth and eat breakfast, and sometime in the middle of my breakfast the computer would be ready to go. This was an everyday routine.
