A Slow startup, load time and shutdown are caused by broken registry in your windows. Actually, a broken windows registry can create much more trouble than you can ever imagine. So what are those? Windows registry is the core file of your windows operating system. They rule over your system and make sure that your computer runs exactly you wanted them to. Sadly they are easily corrupted and congested. Fact is, whenever you add or remove program or hardware, they will grow in size or become corrupted.
Oversized and corrupted registries can prove very irritating for you. However they may not be removed or altered except you really know what you are doing. What I am saying is... Do not manually alter or delete it yourself! One small mistake and your computer will not even start. Forcing you to lose all your precious files and you have to reinstall windows and it's components.
